May PH-BN political alignment soon materializes, I wish new pact will form smaller Cabinet. I also wish the State government will reshuffle EXCO composition to reflect state party representation.
Cabinet member MUST be an elected (not selected) MP i.e. no Senator shall be appointed to Ministerial position. Dewan Negara Senator should stay focus on duty to review legislation passed by Dewan Rakyat.
Qualified professionals can be appointed as member of (limited to only ONE) advisory board in relevant ministry. In absence of advisory committee, experienced professional MUST be appointed as GLC Chairman.
The new government must do all the necessaries (including amending Constitution) to prevent office bearers breach of Federation statutes, conflict of interest, abuse of power, overlapping of jurisdiction, autocracy-birocracy etc.
Allow millions of civil service play productive roles. Revise the benefits and pension scheme of PM/MBs/Ministers/MPs/EXCOs/ADUNs to prevent and to counter unproductive office bearers.
Prioritize amendment of Federal Constitution related to:
1) anti hopping and election laws
2) selection of PM
3) separation of power
4) selection and appointment of top civil heads
5) independence of all Suruhanjayas
6) entitlement/emolument
7) empowerment of electorate
Immediate and uncompromising actions on:
1) breach of national security
2) racism and religious bigotry
3) public officials abuse of power
4) slander against Federal/State governments
5) public safety and health (social, food, environment)
