Bipartisan negotiation and agreement shall kick start with mandate to spend wisely as to save bleeding government coffers  and to coordinate prudently. Here are 18 suggestions to put in place immediately:

1. Appoint Smaller Cabinet (max 20 Ministers)

2. Appoint new Independent Speaker

3. Appoint Bipartisan Select Committees 

4. Enact anti hopping or recalled election law before GE15

5. Censor political appointment in GLCs

6. Provide 3 to 6-month cash aid of RM 1,100 to B60, stop impractical food basket practice and abusable wage subsidy program

7. Enforce 3 to 6-month loan and eviction moratorium

8. Enforce 3-month government premises rent waiver

9. Share real time Covid data with state governments and agencies

10. Accelerate vaccines procurement

11. Stop mega PPV (super spreader), do more mobile and community PPV

12. Size up frontliner headcount, medical equipments and supplies

13. Improve poor PKRC condition and magnitude

14. Continue PdPR to year end

15. Supply reasonable specification smartphone/gadget (4gb RAM 128gb ROM) to B40 school student

16. Rebate on unlimited data postpaid and prepaid plans, discount on wireless broadband modem

17. Launch no-commision community food and groceries apps, net price items

18. Launch no-commision e-delivery apps, net charge as to promote home dine in and prevent travel to and pact up eateries.
